Galia Melons

Galia muskmelon (Cucumis melo Reticulatus group L.) is a specialty melon with green flesh and a golden-yellow netted rind, prized for its bold aroma and high sugar content. Developed in Israel, the Galia is right at home on the Florida farm.

Eggplant

Eggplant set fruit late in the season this year.

Sweet Corn

Although limited in production, the spring corn was fantastic.

Lettuce

In spite of the warm weather, the lettuce was hanging on until June.
